Natalie Galea

Dr Natalie Galea is a Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney Business School, affiliated with the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies. Her research focuses on employment equity and diversity, gender, policy and administration, and social policy. She is associated with the Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work and has contributed to projects addressing gender equality, work schedules, and parental leave. Her work has influenced policy and industry practices, including the National Construction Sector Culture Standard. She is also involved in research on human rights in elite sport and is a Director of the Feminist Institutionalism International Network (FIIN).
