Mina Askovic

Ms Mina Askovic is a Lecturer in Work & Organisations at The University of Sydney, within the BUS department. Her research focuses on occupational and workplace health and safety, workplace wellbeing and quality of working life, and health and community services. Mina's work explores how work can be designed to foster individual, team, and organisational thriving, particularly in healthcare and essential service contexts. She is an advocate for evidence-based practice, translating academic research into practical insights for leaders and organisations. Before joining the University of Sydney, Mina worked as a Senior Research Consultant for SEC Newgate. She holds a B.HlthSci (Hons Class I; University Medal) and a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Sydney.
