Ms Mesepa Paul is a Lecturer (Education Focused) in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research focuses on Indigenous methodologies. She received her Master of Development Studies (International Development) and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice degree from the University of New South Wales. Prior to her academic career, Mesepa worked in diverse leadership roles in corporate telecommunications, community volunteering, not-for-profit, and government sectors. She is a constructivist educator advocating a community development approach to education, emphasizing equality, human flourishing, and capability development.
