Meraiah Foley is Associate Professor in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney Business School. She is Academic Director of Equity Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Sydney Business School and an academic member of the Australian Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work. Her research interests include human resources management, industrial and employee relations, sociology of gender, gender studies, marketing, and occupational and workplace health and safety.
