Lee Martin

Dr Lee Martin is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research focuses on cultural diversity in the workplace, with the aim of helping individuals, teams, and organisations unlock the benefits of diversity. Lee regularly presents at international conferences, publishes in leading academic journals, and has been awarded for her excellence in teaching and research. At the University of Sydney, she teaches cross-cultural management to diverse undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts and has previously delivered courses in leadership, organisational behaviour, and human resource development. She also designed and led the massive open online course (MOOC) Leading Culturally Diverse Teams in the Workplace, which has attracted over 20,000 learners globally. Before joining the University of Sydney in 2022, Lee was a Senior Lecturer at Deakin University, an Endeavour Research Fellow at Simon Fraser University in Canada and a Lim Kim San Fellow at Singapore Management University.
