Ju Li Ng

Dr Ju Li Ng is a Senior Lecturer (Education Focused) in the Work and Organisational Studies Discipline at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research interests include clinical and health psychology, applied and developmental psychology, human resources and industrial relations, curriculum and pedagogy, organisational behaviour, leadership, and mixed-method research. She is known for her innovative pedagogical designs and integration of new technologies to enhance student learning. Dr Ng has secured competitive teaching innovation grants and received several teaching excellence awards and nominations. She is also a Fellow with the Higher Education Academy/AdvanceHE. Her research spans organisational behaviour and business education, focusing on leadership, workplace trust, conflict, change, culture, and pedagogical design.
