Dr Jeaney Yip is a senior lecturer in Marketing and the Undergraduate Coordinator for the discipline of Marketing at The University of Sydney's Business School. Her research focuses on discourse and identity in organizational contexts, including religion, higher education, gender, and consumer culture. She employs a social constructionist approach and qualitative methods, particularly discourse analysis, to explore meaning and theory construction. Dr Yip is an active member of the International Centre for Research on Organisational Discourse Strategy and Change (ICRODSC). She is also a New Colombo Plan recipient and has experience in curating themed field schools for Business students in Southeast Asia.
