Regular biography
Janine Coupe is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of School (Education) in the School of Accounting, Governance & Regulation at The University of Sydney. She teaches financial accounting and management accounting at both the postgraduate and undergraduate level. Her research interests include curriculum and pedagogy, higher education, educational technology and computing, business information systems, and financial accounting. Prior to joining academia, Janine worked in a big four accounting firm and for several leading Australian and global organisations across various industries. She is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) and has received multiple awards for her teaching and student support.
