Jane Kerr

Jane Kerr (PhD Candidate) is an Associate Lecturer in International Business at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research and teaching focus on International Business and International Management, with expertise in China, business in Asia, diversity management, organisational career management, and cross-cultural differences within business. She has previously held roles as Research Manager for the University of Melbourne’s Asialink Business and Unit Leader for Management at Monash University’s Monash College. Her work has been presented at global conferences such as the Academy of Management and European Academy of Management.
