Isabella Dabaja

Dr Isabella Dabaja is a Lecturer in the discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research interests include the intersection of technological and climate related impacts on work, public sector work, and the role of the state in industrial relations, as well as the impact of public policy on workplace dynamics. Her doctoral thesis, completed in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney, investigated neoliberal reform to the work of school leaders in public education.
