Helena Nguyen

Helena Nguyen is a Professor at The University of Sydney Business School, where she is affiliated with the BUS department. Her research interests include human resources management, organisational behaviour, occupational and workplace health and safety, workplace wellbeing and quality of working life, and health and community services. She is co-director of the Body, Heart and Mind in Business Research Group. Helena's work focuses on the role of emotions and cognition at work, human performance, work engagement, and well-being.
