Guy Ford is a Professor at The University of Sydney Business School, where he serves as the Director of the MBA program. His research focuses on corporate governance, and he has designed and delivered MBA and executive education programs in financial analysis, financial management, strategic finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his academic career, Guy worked in the Group Treasury of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and has served as an expert witness for several law firms. He is also a consultant to the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority.
