Gracy Yang

Gracy Yang is a Professor in the Discipline of International Business at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research interests include international business, organisation and management theory, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, environmental management, business systems in context, strategy, management and organisational behaviour. Her work has been published in several academic journals, and she is currently serving on the Editorial Review Board of several journals. She has also chaired sessions at various international conferences in the field of business and management.

Her work explores how firms navigate complex environments, including the impact of corruption on business practices and the role of political ties in firm performance. Yang's research also examines the dynamics of FDI bandwagons, the legitimacy of foreign subsidiaries, and the influence of institutional development on corporate social responsibility. Her studies highlight the interplay between environmental uncertainty, strategic behavior, and firm outcomes in emerging markets.
