Dimitria Groutsis

Dimitria Groutsis is a Professor at the University of Sydney Business School (BUS). Her research interests include Employment equity and diversity, Human resources management, and Organisational behaviour. She is the Academic Director of the Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) Program and Professor Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Sydney Business School.
