Diane van den Broek

Diane van den Broek is an Associate Professor in the Business School (BUS) at The University of Sydney. Her research focuses on industrial and employee relations. She is known for her work exploring how individuals find meaning and navigate their careers, using qualitative methods to study diverse career experiences across government, corporate, and NGO sectors. Her teaching spans undergraduate, postgraduate, executive, and MBA programs, both in Sydney and internationally. She has authored two books, contributed to twelve book chapters, and published over fifty articles in international peer-reviewed journals. She has also received multiple teaching awards, including 12 Student Nominations for Excellence in Teaching and 5 Dean’s Citations for Teaching Award.
