Dr Corinna Galliano is a researcher at The University of Sydney Business School (BUS) with expertise in Accounting, auditing and accountability, Banking, finance and investment. Her research explores the intersection of Paradox Theory and organisational dynamics, particularly in contexts such as start-ups, innovation teams, and large organisations undergoing change. Corinna completed a PhD at the University of Sydney Business School in the discipline of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She previously held an Australian Endeavour Research Fellowship and pursued an International MBA at UCSC. Her work is informed by an Eastern world view and includes her role as a Vedic meditation teacher.
