Dr Cary DiLernia is a Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Accounting, Governance and Regulation at The University of Sydney's Business School. His research interests include Contract law, Entrepreneurship, Commercial law, Corporations and associations law, Private law and civil obligations, Corporate governance, Stakeholder engagement. Prior to his academic career, Cary worked in financial markets and legal practice. He has taught and coordinated subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in diverse areas, including corporate and commercial law. His PhD thesis examined corporate engagement with ASX Listing Rule 3.1 and its enforcement.
