Carol Hsu

Carol Hsu is a Professor in the Discipline of Business Information Systems at The University of Sydney. She joined the university in February 2021. Hsu holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She previously worked in a financial institution in Taiwan for nearly two years and held academic positions at several leading institutions in the Asia-Pacific, including City University of Hong Kong, National Taiwan University, and Tongji University. Her research has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and the Journal of Management Information Systems. She currently serves as Senior Editor at MIS Quarterly and is Vice President of Communications for the Association of Information Systems. Hsu has received the Sandra Slaughter Service Award from the Association of Information Systems.
