Betina Szkudlarek

Betina Szkudlarek is a Professor in Management at the University of Sydney Business School (BUS). Her research interests include human resources management, international business, entrepreneurship, strategy, management and organisational behaviour, human resources and industrial relations, development studies, employment equity and diversity, organisation and management theory, and innovation management. She is also a Strategic Sustainability and Growth Consultant with the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC). Her work has been published in international journals such as Organization Studies, Human Resource Management, and Journal of Business Ethics.
