Ben Fahimnia

Ben Fahimnia is a Professor at the University of Sydney's Business School (BUS), where he contributes to research and education. His work spans multiple disciplines, including engineering, business/management, psychology, and dramatic arts, enabling him to address complex supply chain challenges. He leads multidisciplinary teams focused on advancing decision-making for organizations and individuals. Professor Fahimnia also serves as Director of the Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association (ASCLA) and is the Founding Director of Chance and Choice Lab. His research interests include sustainable supply chains, AI applications, and human strengths in career development. He has published extensively and serves on several editorial boards. Outside academia, he applies operations management expertise in theatre and media production.

Prof Behnam (Ben) Fahimnia is a Professor and Chair in Decision Sciences - Supply Chain Management at the University of Sydney.
