Ann Davis is a Professor at the University of Sydney Business School, Department of Work and Organisation Studies. Her research focuses on the construction and enactment of the employment relationship, primarily from the employee perspective, and the meaning and experience of HR strategy and practice for individuals. She has held academic leadership roles in Australia and the UK, including Associate Dean for Academic Resourcing and Development at the University of Sydney Business School from 2018 to 2023.
