Regular biography
Andrew Terry is a Professor at The University of Sydney's Business School. His research interests include contract law, entrepreneurship, commercial law, intellectual property law, tort law, international business, private law and civil obligations, and stakeholder engagement. He has authored numerous publications and has been involved in various professional and governmental roles related to franchising and business regulation. His work includes contributions to franchise law development in Asia, including Vietnam's franchise law. He is also affiliated with Beijing Normal University's Franchise Management School as an Honorary Dean and Visiting Professor.
