Qinghua ZHU

Qinghua ZHU is a Professor in the Antai College of Economics & Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include green supply chain management, ESG, and remanufacturing management. She has led numerous research projects at the national and provincial levels, including projects on sustainable operations management and resource-efficient utilization. Dr. Zhu has published extensively, with over 200 papers and five books, and has received recognition as a Highly Cited Researcher. She is also an editor for several international journals and has contributed to various academic and industry advisory roles.

Qinghua Zhu is an academic specializing in Operations Management, with a focus on green supply chain management (GSCM) and its impact on organizational performance. Their research explores the relationships between operational practices, institutional pressures, and performance outcomes in Chinese manufacturing and automobile industries. Zhu investigates the implementation of GSCM practices, including reverse logistics, energy efficiency, and corporate social responsibility, and examines how leadership and employee motivation influence proenvironmental behaviors.
