Fang Dai

Fang Dai is an Assistant Professor at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she teaches courses in cross-cultural business communication and leadership. She holds a PhD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has contributed to research in business communications, business case studies, and strategic management. Dai has served as Co-Academic Director of the USC-SJTU Global EMBA program and was a senior visiting scholar at the University of New South Wales. Her work includes award-winning course designs and research on the elder care service industry in China.
