Jifeng Luo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information, Technology and Innovation at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He holds a PhD from Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. His research focuses on e-commerce, information and incentive design, social impacts of IT, and digital health. His work has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and Information & Management.
