Ningyu Tang

Ningyu Tang is a Professor at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she is affiliated with the Organization Management department. Her research focuses on human resource management and organizational behavior. She holds a PhD in Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has conducted research on topics such as generational values, inclusive leadership, and management. Her work has been published in journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Business Ethics, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. She is also a PI for several projects funded by the National Science Foundation of China.
