Lin Lu

Lin Lu is a Professor and Department head (Organization Management) at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. With a PhD in Management from City University of Hong Kong, her research focuses on knowledge management, conflict management, and cross-cultural studies. She teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviors, and Cross-cultural Management. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Academy of Management Discovery. She has received multiple awards for teaching and research excellence at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
