Sen Chai

Sen Chai is an Associate Professor, Strategy & Organization, at McGill's Desautels Faculty of Management and a Desautels Faculty Scholar. Her research focuses on Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Knowledge Strategy, and Technology & Innovation, examining the lifecycle of creative innovation from idea conception to commercialization. She teaches courses such as MGPO 460 - Managing Innovation and BUSA 465 - Technology Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining McGill, she taught at ESSEC Business School in Paris and completed a post-doc at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA. She holds a Doctorate in Technology and Operations Management from Harvard Business School, a Master in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Management from McGill University.
