Amandine Ody-Brasier is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Her research explores the social determinants of market behaviors, focusing on how local norms shape price-setting in exchange relationships and influence reporting behaviors, prosocial contributions, and hiring decisions. She is an associate editor at Organization Science and previously served as an associate professor at the Yale School of Management. Ody-Brasier holds a PhD in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from London Business School and has published extensively in top-tier journals such as Organization Science and Administrative Science Quarterly.
