Alfred Jaeger

Alfred Jaeger is an Associate Professor (Post-Retirement), Organizational Behaviour, affiliated with the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. His research focuses on comparative management across cultural boundaries, cross-cultural and multicultural management, leadership and governance, management in developing countries, methods for organizational change, and organizational structures and strategy. He has taught courses in cross-cultural management and organizational behaviour, and has contributed to the academic community through publications in journals such as the Academy of Management Review and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Prof. Jaeger has held various leadership roles within the Faculty, including Area Coordinator and Associate Dean positions, and has been involved in international academic exchanges and programs.
