Samer Faraj

Samer Faraj is a Professor at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, holding the Canada Research Chair in Technology, Innovation & Organizing. He is the founding director of the McGill Institute for Transforming Healthcare and an associate member of the Department of Social Studies of Medicine. His research focuses on healthcare collaboration, the impact of AI and analytics on work, innovation management, and technology's role in organizations. He has published extensively in top journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, and Organization Science. Faraj also serves as Chair of the Scientific Committee of the Institut National de Santé et Services Sociaux (INESSS) and is a Research Fellow at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
