Dr. Sabine Dhir is an Assistant Professor (Professional) in Strategy & Organization at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. She serves as Academic Director of the Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM) and the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL). Her work focuses on leadership, strategy, and innovation in complex systems, particularly in healthcare and socially impactful domains. She designs leadership development programs emphasizing systems thinking, reflective practice, and collaborative problem-solving. Dr. Dhir also contributes to the McCall MacBain Scholars Program as a Senior Fellow. Her research explores how organizations navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change, with an emphasis on health systems transformation and interdisciplinary management approaches.
