Roman V. Galperin

Roman V. Galperin is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. He is also the Co-Director of the Global Healthcare Management (GCHM) program. His research focuses on how signals and perceptions of competence and expertise influence markets for professional services, hiring, knowledge exchange, and the careers of knowledge workers. Galperin earned his PhD in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and has previously taught at Johns Hopkins University and Carey Business School. His work has been recognized with a prestigious Discovery Award for joint research with the Department of Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins.
