Robert Paul Hebdon

Robert Paul Hebdon is Professor Emeritus, Organizational Behaviour, in the Department of BUS at McGill University. His research focuses on Dispute Resolution, Privatization, and Workplace Conflict. He joined McGill's Faculty of Management in 2000 after teaching at Cornell University and the University of Manitoba. He earned his PhD in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and has published extensively in journals such as the American Economic Review and Industrial and Labor Relations Review. His work includes studies on public sector labor relations, collective bargaining, and industrial conflict. He has also served as a neutral in labor-management relations and received the Gunderson prize in Industrial Relations in 2007.
