Reuven Brenner

Dr. Reuven Brenner is a Professor, Finance/History/Political Science/Economics (Retired) at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. His research interests include Creating Wealth, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Nature, Innovations, Prosperity, Risk-taking & Uncertainty, and Venture Capital. He has authored eight books, including 'History-The Human Gamble' and 'Betting on Ideas,' which have been reviewed in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times. Brenner has taught courses in Microeconomics, Monetary Theory, and International Finance at McGill and has been recognized for his teaching excellence. He has also contributed to various publications and has served on boards of companies and institutions, including McGill University’s Pension Fund’s Board and Investment Committee.
