Regular biography
Peter Todd is a Former Dean and Professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. Prior to his appointment at McGill, he was the Chesapeake and Potomac Professor of Commerce and Senior Associate Dean in the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He also served as Associate Dean for Graduate Programs at Virginia and was a Professor and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Research at the Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. His research interests include the role of information technology in decision making, the adoption and diffusion of IT innovations, and the management of the IT function. He has published over 30 papers in journals such as Information Systems Research and MIS Quarterly. During his tenure as Dean, he spearheaded significant renewal efforts at the Faculty and launched Quebec’s first self-funded MBA program.
