Regular biography
Matthew Goodman is a Faculty Lecturer in Information Systems at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. His teaching focuses on design thinking, user experience design, and business application development. Goodman brings industry experience from Walmart's Information Systems Division, where he worked as a software engineer, data analyst, process engineer, and user experience designer. His courses include INSY 334, INSY 341, and MGCR 331. He has presented at conferences such as the ServiceNow Knowledge Conference.
