Mary Dean Lee

Mary Dean Lee is Professor Emerita, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Her research interests include Alternative Work Arrangements, Changing Nature of Work & Retirement, Managerial Careers, and Work & Family. She has contributed to studies on professional careers, retirement reinvention, and work-life integration.
