Regular biography
Lindsay Holmgren is an Associate Professor (Teaching) in Strategy & Organization (Management) at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. She serves as Director of the Laidley Centre for Business Ethics and Equity and is Associate Faculty in the Department of English (Arts). Her research explores how language influences audiences and the ethical responsibilities of influence, informed by her MA and PhD in English Literature. She has published on literary criticism, narrative theory, and the application of narrative theory to economic and medical contexts. Holmgren holds an Insight Grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and is a past president of the International Society for the Study of Narrative.
