Jared Lee is a Faculty Lecturer in Strategy & Organization at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. He teaches design thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship for graduate and undergraduate learners. Lee received the 2024 Morty Yalovsky Distinguished Teaching Award for his graduate course in 2022. He also leads workshops for professional learners at the McGill Executive Institute and provides custom workshops, keynotes, and coaching for clients across Canada and abroad. Lee is a Partner at Juniper, a boutique firm offering consulting and learning solutions at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and culture. He has experience in education, transportation, non-profit, and other sectors, including advising on strategic planning, innovation, and leadership. Prior to his current roles, he worked in transportation advisory and corporate strategy at Oliver Wyman and Bombardier. He also contributed to product design and commercialization at Boeing and General Electric Aviation. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Strategy & Leadership from McGill University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.
