HeeJung (HJ) Jung is an Associate Professor, Organizational Behaviour, and Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. She holds a PhD in Management from INSEAD and previously taught at Imperial College London before joining McGill. Her research explores how social evaluations based on achieved and ascribed status influence diversity and inequality in organizations, with a focus on entrepreneurial teams, top leadership, and elite workers. Her work has been published in leading management journals and featured in international media outlets. HJ teaches case analysis, entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusion across various programs and is committed to experiential and inclusive teaching.
