Genevieve Bassellier

Genevieve Bassellier is an Associate Professor in Information Systems at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, where she also serves as Vice-Dean, Programs. Her research focuses on Digital Goods, Digital Platforms, Information Technology Strategy, and Technology & Innovation. She investigates the role of social factors, knowledge, and emotions in the adoption and implementation of Information Technologies. Her work has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and the Journal of Management Information Systems. She has served on the editorial board of JMIS and as an Associate Editor for MISQ. She teaches in the BCom, MBA, and PhD programs.
