Regular biography
Dr. Fatih Nayebi is an Assistant Professor (Teaching), Information Systems, at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. He also serves as Industry Liaison and Advisor for the Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) program. Dr. Nayebi's research and teaching focus on Information Systems, with an emphasis on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI. He is the Founder & CEO of OODARIS AI, an AI startup that develops multi-agent solutions for retailers and consumer brands. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from École de technologie supérieure, along with M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University. Dr. Nayebi has taught graduate courses at McGill, including Enterprise Data Science and Designing & Building Agentic AI Systems, and has authored publications on topics such as neural-network architectures and mobile HCI.
