Diana Dakhlallah

Diana Dakhlallah is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Her research focuses on Economic Sociology, Organizational Theory, and Political Economy, with an emphasis on the organisational foundations of government and political economy. Her work explores social dynamics of organisational misconduct, productivity-misconduct trade-offs, and the design of state institutions. She teaches "Introduction to Organizational Behaviour" (MGCR 222) and "Designing for Causal Inference" (MGMT 709).
