Chantal Westgate

Chantal Westgate is a Senior Faculty Lecturer in Organizational Behavior at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. She teaches courses such as INDR 294. Introduction to Labour-Management Relations and ORGB 380. Cross Cultural Management. Her research interests focus on organizational behavior, with an emphasis on cross-cultural management and labor-management relations.
