Basile Dubois is an Assistant Professor of Finance at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. His research focuses on Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Economics of Regulation, Finance, and Financial Intermediation. Dubois holds a PhD in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics, completed in 2025, and previously earned Master’s degrees in Economics from Sciences Po and Mathematical Financial Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Université Pierre et Marie Curie and Université Panthéon-Assas, respectively. His work contributes to the understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks.
