Anthony C. Masi

Anthony C. Masi is a Professor of Industrial Relations and Organizational Behaviour at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. His research focuses on Comparative Labour & Industrial Policies, Demography & Population Studies, Labour Force & Labour Market, and Labour-Management Relations. He has conducted extensive fieldwork in Italy and Canada, particularly on labour markets and deindustrialization. Masi has collaborated with Canadian and Swedish researchers on labour force surveys and has held visiting professor positions at universities in Italy and the UK. He has also served on advisory boards and contributed to national statistical initiatives.
