Anna Kim

Anna Kim is an Associate Professor, Strategy & Organization; Director, Sustainability at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. Her research focuses on Organizational Theory, Social Enterprise, and Sustainable Development. She explores organizing for sustainability through the lens of time–space, examining themes such as social entrepreneurship, Indigenous entrepreneurship, and linguistic inclusiveness in organizations. Kim has published in top-tier management journals and has developed courses on sustainability, strategy, and organizational theory.
