Professor Kyung-Jin Lee is a Professor and KAIST Endowed Chair Professor at the Department of Physics, KAIST. His research focuses on spintronics, including spin-orbitronics and quantum magnonics. He is affiliated with the Applied Spintronics Laboratory. His work explores spin-orbit torque switching of magnetization, spin and orbital transport in ferromagnets, and magnon-photon coupling in ferrimagnets. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from KAIST and has held various academic and research positions at institutions such as Korea University and Samsung Adv. Inst. of Technol.
