Regular biography
Professor Yong-Hoon Cho is a KT Endowed Chair Professor in the Department of Physics at KAIST. His research focuses on Semiconductor Physics and Quantum and Nanoscale Photonics. He is affiliated with the Nano-Bio-Photonics Laboratory, where his work explores the interaction between light and nano-photonic structures, aiming to develop new photonic quantum devices and integrate them with bio-photonics. His research interests include wide-bandgap semiconductors, quantum nanostructures, nano-photonics, bio-photonics, nano-optics, and ultrafast spectroscopy.
